Making A Purchase Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. You cannot pay with a card that originates in another country.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Millbury Drawings and Prints take great care in ensuring your purchases are pakaged to arrive in perfect condition. All of our prints are packages in Royal Mail (Consignia) approved packaging. The large prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy poster tubes and the smaller prints are shipped flat in a reinforced protective envelope.

One (1) large (A3) print - shipping & handling - £5.00
Four (4) or more large (A3) prints - shipping & handling - FREE!
One (1) small (A4) print - shipping & handling - £3.00
Five (5) or more small (A4) prints - shipping & handling - FREE1
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 20 business days . International orders are generally received in under 25 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

1. We reserve the right too make changes to these terms from time to time without. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2.Delivery can be made to addresses worldwide. Please note however that we will not deliver to PO Boxes. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. If you are resident outside the European Union you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties upon receipt of your goods. You are solely responsible for the payment of any levies imposed upon you in your own country.

3. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Ordering & Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

4. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. We do file details of your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of how these are obtained and used.

7. Payment can be made by any method specified in the Ordering & Delivery section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

8. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

9. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, please refer to Returns and Refunds. Please refer to that section for details of the terms and conditions applicable. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns & Refunds section.

10. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (see the returns and refunds page for further details) though you may be liable for the cost of sending the goods back to us and a 20% re-stocking fee. All dimensions and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

11. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your Computer, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your Computer, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your Computer resulting from use of this website.

Returns Policy Millbury Drawings and Prints are committed to your satisfaction. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or order) which ever is the longer. Please ensure that the goods are retuned in its original packaging together with the receipt.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund. This usually takes around 5 too 10 working days. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us.
